Yes. We offer an initial consultation and site survey to assess your space, discuss design preferences, and recommend the most suitable flooring options. This allows us to provide accurate measurements, expert guidance, and a detailed quotation tailored to your project requirements.

Our showroom and offices are open Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 4:30PM and Saturday 10:00AM – 3:00PM, with appointments available outside these hours upon request. Installation schedules are flexible and arranged in advance to accommodate your timeline, including phased or after-hours installations for commercial projects where required.

We use only premium-grade materials and employ highly skilled installers with extensive experience in luxury flooring. Every installation follows manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices, including proper subfloor preparation, acclimatisation, and finishing. We also provide aftercare advice to help maintain the beauty and longevity of your flooring.
A deposit is required to secure materials and confirm installation dates, with the balance payable upon project completion. Lead times vary depending on material availability and project scope, and these will be clearly communicated before work begins. All installations are covered by a workmanship guarantee, alongside applicable manufacturer warranties on materials.
